Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Our client, a leader in property management software , is seeking multiple AI Engineers to join their Agentic AI team, which is at the forefront of the Generative AI revolution! This role is remote but requires monthly travel to Richardson, TX! In this role, you will focus on developing and scaling Generative AI and agentic solutions that improve engineering productivity, accelerate software delivery, and help engineering teams adopt AI effectively across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on AI/Software Engineer with strong production development experience and expertise in LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and AI-powered developer tools . Responsibilities Evaluate and use LLMs and multimodal models from multiple providers Develop and implement agentic workflows Architect and implement RAG pipelines, including building ingestion pipelines for internal data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and success metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related 4+ years of software engineering experience 2+ years of hands-on AI/LLM/Generative AI/agentic experience Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, vector databases, and agent orchestration Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
