What You'll Do Oversee the full program lifecycle, from proposal and planning through execution, monitoring, and closeout Develop and manage comprehensive program plans covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication Lead cross‑functional teams across systems, software, hardware, electrical, and manufacturing engineering Drive program governance through structured reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR) and executive reporting Manage contract changes, scope adjustments, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards Serve as the primary interface for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment Identify and resolve technical and execution challenges while balancing timelines and budgets. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED 8+ years of experience in program or project management within engineering or technical environments 8+ years of experience leading cross‑functional engineering teams across multiple disciplines What Sets You Apart Bachelor's Degree.
