Work #LikeABosch To achieve the ambitious objectives of our recently acquired company, Roadside Protect, in Itasca, IL we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team. Roadside Protect is a strong provider of towing and roadside administration services in the U. S. and Canada, and we are committed to delivering an excellent emergency roadside assistance experience for our customers. By connecting both companies, Roadside Protects deep regional industry knowledge is brought together with Bosch’s technology and service expertise, and global service setup. Indefinite U. The Senior Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales & Business Development for Roadside Protect and is responsible for driving business growth. This critical role focuses on driving profitable revenue growth within the Automotive and Insurance industries, with a primary focus on securing and expanding partnerships with leading Asian OEMs, which represent an important growth sector. This is accomplished through a deep understanding of the Roadside Assistance and Connected Car market, a proven track record of closing complex deals, and the ability to drive incremental revenue through the strategic upsell of value-added services such as eCall and Stolen Vehicle Services (SVS).

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, offering autonomy to build and manage your sales pipeline and key accounts directly. - Strategic Account Acquisition & Development: - Identify, target, and acquire new key accounts within the Automotive and Insurance industries, with a strong emphasis on Asian OEMs as priority targets, leveraging your extensive industry network. - Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. - Drive Portfolio Expansion (Upsell & Cross-Sell): Proactively identify and close opportunities to upsell and integrate advanced Connected Car services - specifically eCall and Stolen Vehicle Services - into existing and new OEM and Insurance programs. - Navigate complex sales cycles, from initial contact to contract closure. - Demonstrate strong understanding of customer pain points to develop tailored Roadside Assistance solutions. - Sales Strategy & Execution: - Own the entire sales process: prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting. - Conduct compelling sales presentations and business reviews for C-level executives. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals and contracts. - Drive new customer acquisition targets and contribute significantly to profitable revenue growth and market share expansion. - Market Intelligence & Positioning: - Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and technological advancements within the Roadside Assistance, Automotive, and Insurance sectors. - Provide valuable insights to refine service offerings and market positioning. - Represent the company at industry events to promote our brand and identify new opportunities. - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required.
