Job Description

Are you a social-first storyteller who knows how to turn complex concepts into scroll-stopping content? We are looking for a part-time Social Media Content Creator to own and elevate our brand presence across social media channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Meta (Instagram & Facebook).

In this role, you’ll amplify the voice of our brand across digital channels by owning our end-to-end cross-channel social media presence. You will be responsible for setting strategy, creating content, posting regularly, engaging with our online communities and industry topics in feed, monitoring social engagement, and reporting on performance metrics.

You will maintain a highly active cadence on our primary channels, experiment with new platforms, repurpose core messaging into multi-format assets (video, copy, visuals), and help us bring buzz surrounding major industry events to people onsite and following along online.

The ideal candidate will understand that B2B marketing should still be speaking human-to-human (and doesn’t need to be boring!).

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel management & strategy

• Own the grid: Manage, schedule, and publish consistent content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Meta.

• Multi-channel strategy: Define and execute the optimal strategic posting cadence for new or growing channels including YouTube, Reddit, and Meta.

• Community engagement: Monitor comments, foster industry discussions, and build relationships with our audience.

2. Multi-Format content creation

• Social-first content: Translate our core messaging into diverse formats, including crisp written posts, eye-catching infographics, static visuals, bite-sized videos (Reels/Shorts), and longer-form video content.

• Content repurposing: Take long-form content (blogs, whitepapers, webinars) and slice it into highly consumable, platform-native micro-content.

• Live event coverage: Partner with our on-the-ground teams during major industry events (e.g., Cannes Lions) to provide dynamic real-time content.

• Design & editing: Light graphic design and video editing to ensure all assets are polished, on-brand, and optimized for their respective platforms.

3. Employee engagement & visibility

• Employee engagement: Drive internal engagement with company posts (eg likes, comments, reshares)

• Personal branding: In B2B, a huge portion of social reach now happens through individual employee profiles rather than just the company page. Support ongoing team initiatives to encourage Cinters to build personal brands and provide their unique industry POVs on LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of managing social media specifically for B2B companies . 

• An understanding of algorithmic best practices for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta, as well as the unique cultural nuances/unwritten rules of Reddit.

• Experience with creator tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Premiere, CapCut) to quickly spin up visuals and edit engaging short-form video.

• Familiarity with social media analytics platforms and reporting tools.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to self-start, manage a content calendar, and hit daily deadlines.

• A customer-centric approach to content creation.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail, tone, and accuracy.

• A proactive and collaborative mindset – you're curious, creative, and enthusiastic to share ideas and ask questions.

• Preferred: Potential willingness to be on camera, do voice overs, or appear in social content. 

• Preferred: Knowledge of the ResTech and/or AdTech industries

Additional Information

This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week. The anticipated hourly pay range for this role will be between $33.65 to $43.27 per hour.
