Recruitment Manager | Five Towns, NY $100,000 $130,000 A growing healthcare company is looking for a Recruitment Manager to own their hiring function from end to end. You'll manage job postings across the board, ensure they're performing and attracting the right candidates, and lead interviews to bring top talent into field roles. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on building out a recruiting engine and wants ownership over the full hiring process. Key Responsibilities Job Posting Management Oversee all job postings to ensure they are live and posted correctly Monitor posting performance and ensure they are bringing in qualified candidates Recruiting & Interviewing Conduct interviews with candidates for field roles Evaluate and select the right candidates to hire Qualifications Experience in healthcare recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
