Perform high-quality venipuncture and specimen collection across multiple practices. Support patient-centered care through blood draws, specimen processing, and accurate labeling. Verify orders and ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols. Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to maintain efficient clinic workflows. Ensure accurate documentation within the EHR system. Travel between care centers to provide consistent phlebotomy services. Assist in maintaining lab operations and supporting quality patient interactions.
