National Accounts Associate

Description We are currently seeking a professional and detail-National Accounts Associate to support a National Accounts Manager in managing major client relationships. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for individuals with a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative and client support to the National Accounts Executive Manager. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Assist in gathering essential documentation from clients, including signed authorization forms, property financials, and other supporting materials. Respond to client inquiries related to hearing schedules, results, invoices, concerns, and refund checks. Requirements 2+ years of experience Experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative roles (preferably in an office environment). Strong phone and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
