Accounting Associate - AP/AR Specialist

What they’re looking for 6+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience Strong Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience Experience managing accounting for multiple entities Bank reconciliations and journal entries Cash management and cash-based accounting Working knowledge of P&L statements and Balance Sheets Strong Excel skills Highly organized, accurate and able to work independently Yardi Voyager experience is a big plus QuickBooks experience preferred Commercial real estate/lease administration exposure is a plus What you’ll be doing Full-cycle AP & AR Vendor invoices, payments, ACH and wires Tenant payments, deposits and receivables Daily cash management across multiple entities Bank reconciliations and routine journal entries Payroll processing through QuickBooks Lease administration and tenant billing support Bookkeeping for additional related entities and operations Looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable wearing multiple accounting hats!
