Chief Accounting Officer

To lead financial strategies and ensure compliance, the full-time remote Chief Accounting Officer will manage the accounting team, oversee the annual internal audit process, and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP. Key responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual internal audit process Collaborate with senior leaders to develop financial strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and manage the accounting team Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal audit processes Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; NetSuite a plus Excellent analytical and organizational skills
