Courier/Facilities Assistant

- Perform accurate, timely, and professional delivery and pickup of construction documents, office supplies, marketing materials, and other company assets to Perry Homes communities and corporate locations.
- Maintain daily courier schedules and delivery documentation while ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
- Support warehouse operations by processing Facilities and Workplace Solutions work tickets.
- Meet and escort vendors at warehouses when Facilities leadership cannot be present.
- Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the Perry Homes mailroom/storage rooms.
- Maintain Company-assigned vehicle, including fueling with a Company-issued fuel card, scheduling preventative maintenance, and ensuring the vehicle remains clean, safe, and in compliance with Company standards.
- Maintain accurate records related to deliveries, inventory movement, fleet maintenance, and assigned work orders.
- Must be willing to obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in courier, warehouse, facilities, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Must be insurable under the Company's automobile insurance policy.
