Job Description
ROLE - SPECIALTY

Schedule:
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 10 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification: Required
- Current nursing license per the state of assignment: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field: Required
- Arrhythmia certification: Preferred
- Valid Driver's License: Preferred
- Knowledge of EMR systems (HCHB and EPIC): Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide care for assigned patients under the supervision of a healthcare professional according to established standards and nursing processes.
- Perform routine visits based on departmental specific policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of prioritized interdisciplinary plans of care for each patient.
- Implement and coordinate plans of care utilizing appropriate organizational skills and reporting mechanisms.
- Administer medications and perform clinical procedures as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas and order/restock supplies as needed.

Compliance / Notes:
- All associates must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable. Medical and religious exemptions may apply.
- Background checks and drug screens may be required.
