Job Responsibilities: Ensure quality, safety, and productivity in the assigned work area, including understanding critical quality factors and customer needs. Operate and maintain equipment, use appropriate measuring tools, and report any issues to relevant leaders and team members. Participate in training, continual improvement activities, and adhere to company policies and customer requirements while keeping accurate records and completing necessary documentation.
