Veterinary Care Center is seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team full-time.

We are a small, established veterinary practice where communication, professionalism, accountability, and genuine care for our clients and patients matter. Because we are a smaller team, every person has an important role in the success of the hospital. We are looking for someone who doesn't simply want to work at a front desk, but who understands the importance of the client experience and takes pride in helping a veterinary practice operate effectively.

The ideal candidate has previous veterinary client service experience along with demonstrated leadership potential, excellent judgment, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

For the right person, there is opportunity to grow within the practice and take on additional responsibility and leadership over time.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has previous experience working as a CSR, receptionist, or client service professional in a veterinary hospital or animal healthcare environment
• Provides compassionate, professional, and confident client service
• Communicates exceptionally well both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrates sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills
• Can prioritize effectively in a busy environment
• Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs attention
• Has demonstrated leadership abilities or experience helping guide, train, or support coworkers
• Is comfortable addressing concerns and helping resolve difficult client situations professionally
• Understands the importance of accurate documentation and clear communication between the front desk and medical team
• Is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Accepts feedback well and is equally capable of providing constructive, respectful feedback
• Contributes positively to team culture
• Is interested in professional growth and increased responsibility
