Overview Remote Sales Agent role at The Hirsh Agency . We are looking for independent life insurance agents who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and earn what you’re worth. You will be selling life insurance to people who have already reached out and asked for help. There are no membership fees, no franchise fees, and no sales quotas. Responsibilities Sell life insurance to warm leads who have requested assistance. Receive hands-on training and mentoring from experienced agents. Possibility to own your own agency if desired (not required). Contribute to a collaborative team environment and uphold core values. Qualifications Independent life insurance agents or those who are working toward licensure. Willingness to work hard, stay coachable, and act with integrity.
