Santa Ana, CA | 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Join a growing aerospace and defense manufacturer building advanced drone systems. We're looking for a hands-on Aerospace Assembler to support the assembly, integration, and testing of cutting-edge unmanned aircraft components. • Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical components for drone systems.
• Build and route wire harnesses, junction boxes, and other subassemblies.
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Perform soldering, assembly, and integration of electronic components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and testing devices to complete assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and repair assembly issues as needed.
• Conduct functional testing and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to support manufacturing goals.

• 4+ years of manufacturing assembly experience, preferably in aerospace, electronics, medical device, or related industries.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment such as multimeters.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document work accurately.
• Experience with soldering, wire harness assembly, or aerospace structures is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, CA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
