What You Bring

You do not need previous Service Advisor experience.

We can teach the dealership side.

What matters most is that you bring:

Customer service experience

Strong communication skills

Sales ability and confidence recommending solutions

Interest in learning automotive service

Organization and attention to detail

Coachability and a willingness to improve

Experience in automotive, hospitality, retail, or sales is a plus.

Character and effort matter more than a job title.

Schedule & Benefits

Monday-Saturday 7:45 AM-5:45 PM

Typical work week: 40-45 hours with a one-hour lunch daily.
