A newly opened restaurant in North Tonawanda is seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our growing Front of House team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Manage the flow of guests by coordinating seating arrangements and maintaining an organized waiting list.
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays to guests.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.
- Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed.
- Handle and coordinate to go orders for customers.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Friendly and outgoing personality. • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. • Must be at least 18 years old
