Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Recruiter opportunities in Chicago IL 60654. Responsibilities for Recruiter include but are not limited to:

· Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales roles (AEs, BDRs, SDRs, Sales Leaders)

· Proactively source and engage top SaaS sales talent, including passive candidates

· Partner closely with sales leadership as a trusted talent advisor

· Collaborate cross-functionally to drive hiring from intake to onboarding

· Manage pipelines, interview processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience

Candidates for Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 6+ years of recruiting experience (Sales/GTM preferred)

· Strong SaaS/tech sales hiring background

· Proven success hiring quota-carrying reps

· Expertise in sourcing (LinkedIn, direct outreach, competitor mapping)

· Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

What's in this Recruiter position for you?

· Pay: $ 47.00/hr.

· Shift: Hybrid / Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $47.00 to $46.00 per hour
