About us
The Fidget Game is a Shark Tank-backed educational toy company. We make learning hands-on and fun for kids, and we're looking for an organized, creative person to help bring our products from sample to shelf and onto screens.
The role
You'll report to our Chief of Product and work closely with our founder on product reviews, game testing, and content shoots, often in person in Austin. You'll also work with our COO, Operations Assistant, and Product & Ops team. This role mixes product coordination with hands-on content creation.
What you'll do
Product support
- Work alongside our CEO on product reviews, game testing, and content sessions
- Prepare samples, games, and reference materials for review sessions
- Take detailed notes and turn them into clear action items for the product and ops teams
- Share daily updates on product status, samples, and open items with the Operations Assistant
Product development coordination
- Keep the product roadmap and launch tracker up to date
- Coordinate with supply chain to confirm shipment dates
- Maintain the product sections of our Mass Production sheet and manage design handoffs
- Track open items for every active SKU: samples, approvals, revisions, and dependencies
- Check artwork e-proofs and physical production samples against our checklists
- Ship product samples to partners, influencers, and team members
Documentation
- Keep spec sheets, our product Standards document, and our QR code sheet current
- Organize artwork files, compliance docs, and product documentation in Google Drive by SKU
Content creation
- Film product videos and reels: set up, run the camera, and handle lighting and props
- Coordinate product photography for new and existing SKUs
- Edit, or brief the editing of, short-form videos for Amazon, Shopify, and social media
- Keep a well-organized library of approved photos and videos
- Make sure all assets have the right dimensions and formats for each platform
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in product coordination, marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role
- Very organized and detail-oriented. You like trackers, checklists, and clean files.
- Comfortable filming and shooting product content, with basic short-form video editing skills
- Confident with Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive
- Clear, proactive communicator who can juggle several SKUs and deadlines
- Based in Austin, TX, and available for regular in-person sessions
- Bonus: experience with consumer products, toys, Amazon, or Shopify
