Complete a free, live, instructor-led sales training bootcamp on Zoom Learn B2B sales fundamentals including outbound calls, email and LinkedIn outreach, objection handling, qualification, CRM, and sales engagement tools Work full-time during a 90-day paid Residency at a partner company as an SV Academy W-2 employee Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualify inbound leads Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives Receive daily coaching from an SV Academy mentor and partner sales leadership Transfer to the partner company's payroll after successful completion of the Residency Build a pathway into long-term technology sales roles at SV Academy's partner companies Requirements English proficiency sufficient for professional work communication Permanently authorized to work in the United States without need for future sponsorship No prior sales experience required Completed Bachelors degree (preferred) Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, customer support, fundraising, or account management (preferred) Experience in a goal-driven role with measurable targets such as quotas, KPIs, bookings, revenue, or activity metrics (preferred) Strong written and spoken communication skills Comfortable on the phone, including cold calls Coachable and able to act on feedback Resilient in handling rejection Motivated by ambitious goals and high-performance environments Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in B2B Sales Fundamentals, including Outbound Prospecting, Objection Handling, and CRM usage.
