WinnCompanies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for the 11 Mount Pleasant Street Portfolio in Roxbury, MA. This 200-unit PBS8 and Tax Credit community requires coordinating leasing, financials, and resident relations, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. The role includes monitoring collections, tenant communications, and supporting the Property Manager.
