Sales & Client Experience Manager

Overview In-person | Full-time Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 base + 3-5% commission Expected total compensation: $80,000–$100,000+ based on performance Purecious Fine Jewelry is a designer-led fine jewelry brand specializing in custom engagement rings, wedding bands, one-of-one pieces, and meaningful heirloom jewelry. We work closely with clients to create deeply personal pieces through a warm, high-touch design experience. We are looking for a polished, proactive, and sales-minded Sales & Client Experience Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our clients and help guide them from inquiry to consultation, deposit, design, and final delivery. This is not a traditional retail associate role. You will be helping clients through some of the most meaningful purchases of their lives. The right person is warm, highly organized, detail-oriented, fast with communication, and comfortable selling luxury products in a thoughtful, non-pushy way.
