This is a service organization at its core, and that spirit shows in how it operates every day.Why You'll Love This RoleWork in a mission-driven environment where your recruiting support directly contributes to meaningful national outcomes.Enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule with the ability to work both in-office and remotely.Collaborate with a team that values efficiency, professionalism, and a positive candidate experience.Build and grow your recruiting skills inside a structured, supportive talent acquisition function.Be part of an organization that genuinely lives its values and takes its service mission seriously.What You'll DoCoordinate and administer the full recruitment process, from job posting through offer letter preparation.Post open positions across job boards, the company website, and social media platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including calendar invites, materials prep, and day-of support.Maintain the applicant tracking system with up-to-date candidate information and interview schedules.Support candidate communication throughout the process by providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.Assist with onboarding activities and new hire coordination as needed.Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to represent the organization and attract qualified talent.Assist with reference and background checks in compliance with legal and company standards.Prepare offer letters under the guidance of the Sr. Talent Specialist, including salary, benefits, and start date details.What You BringBachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience; Associate's degree with 4+ years; or High School diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to work cross-functionally.Strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working within applicant tracking systems.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.Familiarity with HR policies and standard recruiting processes.Must be a U.S. citizen by birth or naturalization, a lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or have been granted political asylum in the U.S. (required due to the nature of the work).Eligibility to work in the U.S. for any employer (sponsorship is not available).Bonus Points If You HaveHands-on experience working within an ATS platform.A solid understanding of end-to-end recruiting workflows and best practices.Prior experience in a government contracting or defense-adjacent environment.LocationThis position is based near Charleston, SC, and offers a hybrid schedule (in-office and remote) with flexible hours.
