Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst / Accountant to support a large healthcare organization. This is a mostly remoet/hybrid opportunity for a professional with strong financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, and advanced Excel skills. Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial reports and statements Perform financial analysis and reporting of operational results Create and maintain financial models and spreadsheets Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts Assist with budget preparation and forecasting Generate ad hoc reports for leadership and business partners Support audit and tax-related documentation requests Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial reporting standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of Financial Analyst and/or Corporate Accounting experience Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, general ledger accounting, and month-end close Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Healthcare industry experience required Knowledge of GAAP required Experience supporting healthcare financial operations, managed care, or provider organizations is a plus Why Apply?
