Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing to patients with complex needs in the ICU setting.
• Manage arterial lines, blood products, and ventilators.
• Conduct continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation.
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and multisystem organ dysfunction.
• Administer medications and perform phlebotomy.
• Float to other UCSF facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current California RN License.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Advanced certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS for burn care.
• A minimum of 2 years RN experience, with at least 1 year in critical care.
• Experience in Burn Unit and pediatric care preferred.
• Prior travel nursing experience required; proficiency with Epic charting system.
