Customer Service Representative

A growing manufacturing company in Kennebunk is looking for an energetic and dependable Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position working closely with customers and internal production teams to keep orders, priorities, and deliveries on track.


Location: Kennebunk, ME

Pay: $20/hour weekly pay!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40+ hours/week; occasional Saturdays may be required



Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Coordinate expedited orders and customer requests with production
• Track work-in-progress (WIP), lead times, and order status
• Maintain spreadsheets and generate WIP reports
• Coordinate customer-driven changes and prioritize urgent requests
• Prepare and send formal customer quotes
• Create quotes using established pricing
• Coordinate order requirements with customers and production
• Support customer surveys and trade show coordination
• Use QuickBooks for reporting and other customer-related tasks
• Blueprint reading is a plus, but training can be provided

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, professional, and friendly phone presence
• Reliable and dependable
• QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
