Key Responsibilities Schedule manpower and set production goals before the job starts. Manage all field staff internal and subs. Manage all on-site logistics, material deliveries, subtrades and equipment rentals. Monitor production on all jobs to ensure budgets are met (or beat) daily. Ensure all materials are properly specified and ordered for each job per SOW and plans. Trouble shoot technical issues on site and come up with practical solutions. Monitor quality through field inspections and punch list. Ensure all clients’ on-site requirements are addressed. Maintain constant communication with client site contact. Manage on-site safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required Education High School Diploma Required Bachelor’s degree in construction management Preferred Experience Minimum 5 years of field supervision experience with a mechanical contractor Skills & Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
