Real Estate Paralegal for a rapidly expanding real estate investment and property management company in the Palm Beach County area. Our client handles and documents commercial real estate transactions. The Real Estate Paralegal will assist in commercial real estate transactions, including drafting documents and coordinating closings. DIRECT HIRE position and is available IMMEDIATELY!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with preparation, review, and organization of legal and transactional documents related to property acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, lenders, brokers, and counterparties to track transaction timelines and ensure timely leases, renewals and closing. Prepare and maintain closing checklists and track deliverables for purchases, sales, and financings Assist with assembling lender due diligence packages, including organizational documents, leases, and property records Help coordinate and organize estoppels, tenant documentation, and lease-related records for financings or property sales Organize and maintain lease files, amendments, and critical dates across the company’s portfolio Track and maintain corporate entity documentation and property records Office Management & Administration Maintain organized records of contracts, title documents, corporate records, leases, and files Real Estate Transaction Tasks This role is designed to be a trusted operational and legal support position, helping ensure transactions and documentation remain organized and efficient. REQUIREMENTS

5+ years experience as a Real Estate Paralegal with experience in commercial real estate closings Ability to communicate professionally and effectively Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlinesStrong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills; excellent follow through required Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude who works well with others #J-18808-Ljbffr Michael Aaron Staffing, LLC
