RN - ICU

Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This position will involve a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts, working every other weekend, with opportunities to work both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the ICU and IMCU settings.
• Float between ICU and IMCU as needed based on patient care requirements.
• Utilize critical care skills and knowledge to manage patients with complex medical conditions.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in the orientation of new staff members as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar critical care setting.
• Experience in cardiovascular surgery nursing is required.
• Proficient in the use of medical devices, including IABP and IMPELLA.
• Must have been separated from previous employment for a minimum of 6 months.

Additional Information

Orientation for new hires will occur weekly, and scrubs of any color are acceptable. Successful candidates should be flexible, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
