Director of Business Development

Seeking a Business Development Director to lead strategic growth across industrial and engineered-product markets. This individual will identify and develop new customers, markets, applications, and strategic partnerships while driving profitable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hunter-minded commercial leader with experience selling engineered products into OEM, industrial manufacturing, and related technical markets . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development and go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify and secure new OEM, industrial, and strategic accounts . Build relationships with senior decision-makers across engineering, purchasing, operations, and executive leadership. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, RFQ/RFP activity, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Identify emerging markets, applications, and customer opportunities for engineered products. Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics. Partner with Engineering, Operations, and other internal teams to develop customer-specific solutions. Lead strategic account development and expand existing customer opportunities. Represent at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows. Provide market intelligence and growth recommendations to executive leadership. Qualifications 8+ years of B2B sales/business development experience , preferably within industrial manufacturing or engineered products. Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth . Experience selling to OEMs, industrial customers, distributors, or technical end users . Strong technical/consultative sales capability and ability to understand engineered solutions. Experience developing new markets and executing strategic growth initiatives. Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree preferred; Engineering or Business background a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
