What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, reconciliations)

Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with close

Reconcile bank/credit card accounts and resolve discrepancies

Support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements

Partner with leadership to keep financials clean and actionable

Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar ERP) + Excel

• At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting position.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software.
• Strong working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for organizing data and supporting financial tracking.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through in day-to-day work.
