Job Role: Mental Health Professional – Dallas, TX Adams Clinical, a research site network specializing in late‑phase psychiatry and neurology clinical trials, is seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Professional for a full‑time, on‑site position at its Dallas office. Requirements for licensure and education: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC in Clinical or Counseling Psychology Master’s degree in a mental‑health related field (art therapy, expressive therapies, or non‑clinical programs do not meet the requirements) Position details: full‑time, on‑site with typical business hours; occasional evenings may be required. Clinical experience: Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience, including diagnostic evaluations, assessment administration, and patient care in psychiatry or related settings Experience conducting differential diagnoses is strongly preferred Experience with substance use disorders is a plus Prior exposure to clinical trials or neuropsychological assessments is a plus; training will be provided This role is not suited for recent graduates without prior clinical experience or for clinicians seeking roles providing direct therapy Primary Job Responsibilities Screening & Enrollment: Conduct screening interviews and diagnostic evaluations to determine participant eligibility for clinical trials and appropriate follow‑up Additional Job Responsibilities Neuropsychological Ratings & Assessments: Administer psychiatric and neuropsychological rating scales and assessments for participants Compensation Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year.
