Portfolio Asset Management Senior Analyst (Bilingual Japanese/English) A leading global housing and real estate group is seeking a Portfolio Asset Management Senior Analyst for its U.S. regional headquarters in the North Dallas area. This role will support the ongoing monitoring of real estate development portfolios, assist in evaluating new investment proposals (including Mass Timber projects), prepare internal approval packages, and facilitate reporting to the Tokyo headquarters. Visa sponsorship is negotiable for qualified candidates. Essential Duties Portfolio & Asset Support: Assist in monitoring ongoing real estate projects, tracking financial performance, leasing, refinance terms, and capital needs while compiling data from AMs, PMs, and partners. New Business & Market Research: Support the evaluation of new residential and Mass Timber / Hybrid development opportunities by reviewing developer materials, market data, and financial models. Approval & Memorandum Preparation: Draft Investment Memorandums, pitch decks, and internal approval materials for executive leadership and Tokyo HQ review. Risk Management Tracking: Maintain risk tracking sheets, monitor impairment or default risks across portfolios, and assist in updating asset management dashboards. Tokyo HQ Communication: Help bridge communication with Japan HQ by organizing, translating, and preparing clear operational summaries and reporting packages. Working Hours / Working style Standard Business Hours, Full-time / Exempt. On-site / Hybrid (Office in Dallas, TX; working arrangements negotiable). Working Location North Dallas Area, Texas Salary / Benefit $80,000 - $100,000 / year (Depending on experience) Visa sponsorship available / negotiable for qualified candidates. Strong quantitative and software skills (Proficiency in Excel for data/financial analysis and PowerPoint for presentation drafting). Basic understanding of real estate financial concepts, market analysis, or JV structures is preferred.
