Electro-Mechanical TechnicianPosition Summary Seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to increase reliability of electric motors, gearboxes, air compressors, mills, and other equipment. This role requires strong electrical skills, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with engineers and managers to build high-quality equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and wire electrical control panels per schematicsField Bearing ChangesInspection of electro-mechanical systems for evidence of mechanical degradationMount enclosures, punch, drill, and tap holes, and install conduitsAssist with system testing, troubleshooting, and start-upMaintain organization, safety standards, and documentationAdapt to production demands and support other shop areasRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED3+ years in control panel building and equipment wiringKnowledge of AC/DC circuits and three-phase motor controlExperience with hand tools, fabrication machinery, and multi-metersAbility to read schematics, BOMs, and blueprintsStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsBasic hand tools requiredPreferredAssociate degree in Electro-Mechanical TechnologyConveyor industry experienceBasic computer skillsResumes can be confidentially sent to View email address on click.appcast.io or call View phone number on click.appcast.io for consideration.
