Care Coordinator- Lower East Side

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our Lower East Side‑Broome St. location. Responsibilities Support patient care by welcoming and valuing patients while controlling the flow of appointments. Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours, and always within 24 hours. Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all patients with a smile. Execute 5‑star customer service and foster a community environment for patients and team members. Collaborate with the team to ensure everyone receives the care and support they need. Qualifications Previous customer service experience. Hospitable, welcoming, and team‑orientated. Strong communication skills and ability to multi‑task. Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow. BA or BS degree preferred but not required.
