Senior Property Accountant

Client Overview:
Our client is a well-established, growing real estate company seeking to hire a Senior Property Accountant .Salary/Hourly Rate:
$120k - $135kPosition Overview:
The Senior Property Accountant will join an existing team of 10 staff and be instrumental in the daily commercial real estate accounting activities.Responsibilities of the Senior Property Accountant:
- The Senior Property Accountant will manage the property and tax return accounting.
- Assist with the month and quarter-end close.
- Process the CAM reconciliations monthly.
- Perform journal entries and financial reporting as necessary.
- Oversight of the AP and AR invoicing.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Property Accountant:
- The Senior Property Accountant will have 6+ years of experience.
- Strong commercial real estate experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and Yardi.
- Team player approach.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
