Weekend CNA

Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for home care services, primarily providing direct patient care in clients' residences. Key Responsibilities Include Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and mouth care Supporting transfer, repositioning, and ambulation activities Providing basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision Preparing meals tailored to clients' preferences and dietary needs Offering companionship and engaging in activities based on individual interests Performing light housekeeping duties Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes in patient condition Completing tasks via EVV app and adhering to care plans Demonstrating dependability and adapting to clients' and families' value systems Upholding patient confidentiality and respecting rights Following the care plan without administering medications Qualifications Include Active certification with DFS High school diploma or GED preferred Effective communication skills Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs Sympathetic attitude toward patient care Tools used Transportation, blood pressure cuff, stethoscope. This role involves direct patient care within clients' homes, requiring physical stamina and flexibility for travel.
