Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Responsibilities Draft, proofread, and prepare legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and filings Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and legal documentation Assist with hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation File documents electronically with courts and state agencies Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling coordination Communicate with clients, courts, agencies, and opposing counsel Support administrative and regulatory matters, including agency filings and deadline tracking Assist with billing, time entry, and general office support as needed Preferred Qualifications 3–5 years of legal assistant or paralegal experience preferred Prior law firm experience required Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and e-filing Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Preferred Experience Experience with Florida court systems and administrative agency filings Familiarity with administrative or regulatory law Experience with billing and timekeeping systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
