We are looking for a high-energy Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager to grow our presence across the greater Pittsburgh region by building strong, long-term relationships with fleet operators, repair shops, and commercial truck owners.

• Strong Earning Potential: $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission & Performance Bonuses (Expected Year 1 OTE: $75,000+)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Business Growth: Identify new prospective fleets, repair facilities, and owner-operators across the Pittsburgh territory.

• Relationship Management: Maintain close partnerships with existing accounts to increase parts and service solution sales.

• Consultative Selling: Assess fleet client needs and recommend specific heavy-duty truck parts, maintenance contracts, and repair services.

• Pipeline & Quotes: Prepare accurate product quotes, negotiate sales agreements, and manage pipeline follow-ups.

• Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with internal dealership parts and service teams to ensure fast, seamless order delivery and client support.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3+ years of outside sales, account management, or B2B sales experience (experience in commercial trucking, automotive parts, heavy equipment, or industrial sales preferred).

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with heavy-duty truck terminology, commercial vehicle parts, or mechanical systems is a strong plus.

• Key Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills; self-motivated to manage a daily field schedule.

• Licensing: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required for operating company vehicle).
