Talent Acquisition Specialist II

Job Overview Business Unit: Draeger Medical Systems, Inc., Job ID: 1242 Location: Andover, MA Function: HR – Talent Acquisition Specialist II Work Location: Hybrid Employment Type: Permanent Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes, profiling vacancies and advising hiring managers with candidate selection, supporting DE&I strategy. Create and place job ads on required boards and social networks (LinkedIn, Indeed) to build diverse talent pipelines. Screen qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and complete assessment processes. Proactively source and network for candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed searches, employee referral program, and job fairs. Use the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) to ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines. Communicate with applicants and hiring managers throughout the process; conduct strategy calls and scoping sessions with stakeholders. Maintain talent acquisition tools, manage applicant tracking system and influence content on Draeger US Career Site. Participate in TA and HR meetings, share updates, and cultivate relationships with hiring managers, schools, and community organizations. Perform other duties as needed and assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field. 3–5 years of recruiting experience, including direct sourcing, internet/social media sourcing, and employment branding. Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards. Understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and decision‑making ability. Pay Range The targeted pay range is typically between $85,000 - $100,000. Base pay may vary by market location and candidate qualifications.
