POSITION SUMMARY

Under general supervision, perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods. Coordinate and communicate with transportation companies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods. (Essential) Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies. (Essential) Handle routine questions and problems and maintain open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle. (Essential) Confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills, and charges relative to the shipment of goods. (Essential) Log order information onto the computer and files, and distribute paperwork as necessary. (Essential) Maintain records and generate reports for accounting and other departments. (Essential) Comply with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. (Essential) Maintain a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara safety policies. (Essential) Perform other duties as assigned. (Non‑Essential)

QUALIFICATIONS

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent experience, is preferred Experience Two (2) to six (6) years of work-related experience, preferably in the semiconductor or related industry. Three (3) or more years' direct experience in the traffic department with air or van transportation required. Working knowledge of DOT regulations. Working knowledge of shipping and receiving documents and controls. Working knowledge of general policies and procedures. Strong Customer Relations skills.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customers. Demonstrated teamwork and Organizational skills. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
