The work includes both milling and turning, with multi-axis experience especially valuable. You will also help strengthen programming standards, documentation, templates, and revision control as the operation grows. What you'll be doing

• Create, refine, and troubleshoot CNC programs in Mastercam
• Develop efficient toolpaths for milling and turning work
• Support 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining strategies where applicable
• Select tooling, cutting strategies, and workholding solutions
• Partner with machinists to improve setups, cycle times, and quality
• Troubleshoot machining problems and implement practical solutions
• Maintain organized program documentation and revision control
• Support quoting with machining strategy and time estimates
• Help develop programming templates, standards, and best practices

Machines, controls & software

• Mastercam is required
• CNC milling and turning processes
• 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining experience is a plus

Required:

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience
• Strong Mastercam proficiency
• Solid understanding of milling and turning processes
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings and GD&T
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate directly with shop-floor teams

Preferred:

• Multi-axis machining experience
• Experience supporting quoting and time estimates
• Experience developing programming templates or standards
