Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families in a supportive environment where all individuals feel safe and valued.

• Conducting individual assessments and treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Specializing in addressing various family-related issues such as alcohol abuse, communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to achieve positive client outcomes.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to discuss cases and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintaining up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
