Pediatric Occupational Therapist - OT

Job Summary (List Format):
- Full-time Occupational Therapist position at a reputable pediatric clinic in Eagle River, Alaska
- Flexible hours and self-determined schedule to meet patient needs
- Work collaboratively with other Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists
- Provide education and support to parents/guardians
- Perform diagnostic and assessment services for pediatric clients
- Develop individualized plans of care and set treatment goals
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Opportunity to transition into a leadership role, working closely with clinic ownership
- Maintain consistent documentation and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Make referrals for additional services when indicated
- Qualifications include a Master s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, AK license or eligibility, and pediatric experience
- Requires self-starter mindset, creativity, and attention to detail
- Competitive compensation: salary and pay-per-session model with potential earnings of $100K+
