This role is ideal for a proven roofing sales leaderwho thrives on coaching others, building winning teams, and driving consistentresults. The Sales Manager will play a critical role inrecruiting, training, mentoring, and supporting sales representatives whileensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. What You'll Do Recruit, hire, onboard, and train newRoofing Consultants and sales team members Provide hands-on field training,ride-alongs, and ongoing coaching to help team members develop confidence andsales proficiency Lead and motivate a team of salesprofessionals while fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performanceculture Conduct regular team meetings,one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales trainings Monitor sales activity, pipelineperformance, and individual production to ensure team goals are achieved Support representatives duringinspections, customer meetings, and complex sales situations when needed Serve as a resource for resolvingcustomer concerns and removing obstacles that may impact the customerexperience Collaborate with operations, production,and administrative teams to ensure projects move smoothly from contract throughcompletion Establish and reinforce consistent salesprocesses, best practices, and performance expectations Recognize team achievements and createan environment centered around growth, development, and success Assist with territory growth initiativesand help identify opportunities to increase market presence Act as a key communication bridgebetween leadership and the sales team, ensuring alignment and accountability What We Are Looking For Qualifications 2-3 years of roofing industry salesexperience or 1-3 years of sales management experience Proven track record of meeting orexceeding sales goals Experience leading, mentoring, orcoaching sales professionals Strong understanding of residentialroofing sales, inspections, insurance restoration, or related home servicesales environments Ability to develop new salesrepresentatives through structured coaching and field training Excellent communication, leadership, andinterpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities andcustomer-service mindset Ability to effectively manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and ability totravel throughout the assigned market What Success Looks Like Build a highly engaged and productivesales team Develop new representatives intotop-performing producers Create consistency in sales executionand customer experience Drive revenue growth while maintaining astrong team culture and employee retention Serve as a trusted leader, mentor, andresource for the sales organization Why Join the team?
