Salary: 20.00 Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to assist in a fast-paced kitchen for a 3 day event. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing cooking and serving menu items according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, works well with a small team, and is committed to delivering excellent food and service. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
- Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control standards.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Monitor food inventory and report shortages to management.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist with set up, prep, serving, and cleaning up after event.
- Previous cooking or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Clean and professional appearance (You will be assisting with serving please come equipped with a clean and presentable shirt. We understand you may get dirty while cooking.)
- Nails must be cut and clean.
