Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure of a busy kitchen. High level of attention to detail and presentation. Excellent communication and collaborative skills with all co-workers, including front-of-house team. Through understanding and adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards. Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Duties and responsibilities: Supervise, train, and direct kitchen staff. Prepare weekly work schedules Assist with conducting monthly inventory, ordering supplies, and menu development. Oversee food safety processes including temperature checks, equipment checks, expiration dates, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
