Provide supervisory oversight to all hospital operations. Responsible for overseeing patient care and staffing needs on all units to ensure quality care and service. Population served based on scope of services in the department. Education Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a degree in Registered Professional Nursing. BSN preferred. Experience Minimum 1 year supervisory experience. Working Conditions Manual: Little or no manual skills/motor coordination & finger dexterity.
