Schedule Monday–Sunday Minimum 3 shifts per week Weekend shifts available These positions are open exclusively to New York State Registered Nurses (RNs). Job Overview A skilled nursing facility in Rhinebeck, NY is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for both RN Supervisor and Staff RN (Floor Nurse) openings. RN Supervisor Responsibilities Oversee nursing operations during assigned shifts Provide leadership and clinical support to nursing staff Monitor resident care and address clinical concerns Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards Respond to emergencies and high-acuity situations Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Review documentation for accuracy and compliance Assist with staffing coordination and shift coverage RN Supervisor Qualifications Active New York State RN license required Minimum 2 years of RN supervisory experience Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care experience required Strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Staff RN (Floor Nurse) Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies Perform assessments and monitor changes in resident condition Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and care teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation Respond to medical emergencies and resident needs Support infection control and resident safety initiatives Staff RN Qualifications Active New York State RN license required Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong knowledge of medication administration and clinical documentation Ability to assess patient conditions and respond appropriately Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Join This Opportunity?
