Role Senior Director, Organizational Strategy & Capability at a biopharma company focused on rare diseases, responsible for shaping organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management to support company growth. Responsibilities partner with leadership to align strategies design organization structures develop talent and capability roadmaps lead transformation initiatives implement change management strategies Qualifications bachelor's degree (advanced preferred) 12+ years in organizational strategy, human capital consulting, or life sciences, with experience in transformation, workforce planning, and organizational design strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills High Value enterprise-wide organizational design workforce capability planning change leadership experience within biotech/pharma familiarity with digital transformation AI future-of-work trends Collaboration works closely with executive leaders People Success Partners HR centers of excellence business stakeholders Work Setup Remote with up to 15% domestic and international travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr Travere Therapeutics
